Our Specialized Foot Clinic is a certified establishment by the Working Group “Diabetic Foot” of the German Diabetic Association (DDG).

In our diabetologic out-patient Foot Clinic we specialize in the treatment of acute and chronic wounds suffered by diabetic patients.

Diabetes Mellitus is often followed by the diabetic foot syndrome. This is caused by nerve damage or issues with blood circulation in the lower extremities and feet. As a result, patients often have sensory disorders and pain in their feet, as well as changes of the foot structure.

Due to decreased pain recognition, pressure points or wounds are often recognized too late or even remain unrecognized.

Our Wound Experts ICW [meaning having undergone special training] and physicians offer the best possible out-patient diagnostics and patient-tailored therapy concepts according to the newest state of physical therapy.

Therefore collaboration with your physician, and/or vascular surgeon, radiologist, surgeon, podiatrist, orthotics specialist and out-patient treatment services is very important to us.
